Yankee drinks.


A friend of mine, Matt (youngglory), who incidentally has got a fantastic blog, sent me a link - It is a list of drinks that are sold in America.

It was a real eye-opener!

The one that really got me was the 'Antioxidant Water' - 33g of Sugar in one bottle!

    Antioxidants!

    You should read Bad Science by Ben Goldacre. It's a real eye opener. Mostly it's about medicine, but I'm sure there is a bit on 'antioxidants', I recall him having a decent rant about the utter lunacy of the whole concept.
