Natural Exercise
I have taken to walking again as I am now pretty close to my desired weight.
I'm hoping to average at 15 miles per week at a speed of between 3.5 to 4.5 mph.
I managed to do 4.6 miles on Monday and 6.5 miles yesterday and I feel great for doing it.
